We've been talking about due process and the rule of law recently. Conservatives Split in Debate on Curbing Illegal* Immigration* Conservatives can't decide whether to enforce the law? Why isn't the debate about CHANGING the law? Millions of people are flagrantly breaking the law and the Executive condones it. More than condones, actually criticizes private citizens trying to monitor the situation. Can Bush pick and choose the laws he enforces? This is a real elephant in the living room issue.
