Re RSTG, KLP brought it to the board, as I recall about the beginning of December. And as you saw, it has been explosive, and several on this board have traded it very successfully.

I don't really know what they do, something about electric motors for vehicles I think, not sure. I think Reid could tell you more, as I recall he did some research into who and what they are.
I believe there was some talk they might be listed on the AMEX soon (currently they are on the bulletin board exhanges), so possibly that could be contributing to the price movement some.
Based on the sharp increase in volume over the last several months, I thought they might be a takeover target, or on the verge of some big contract or something, but nothing has happened. I believe most of the shares are held by insiders, so a takeover is not likely. Maybe in the course of foraging around, the mo-mo crowd just spotted it and decided to stick around a bit and graze. It seems clear to me this is not retail trading.

I suspect RSTG came under the mo-mo radar because the trading float is probably rather small... as I said, evidently the majority of shares are held by insiders. So, they can muscle the thing around without a lot of difficulty. Also, maybe there are a lot of shares held short, a situation the mo-mo crowd just loves, because they can squeeze the shinola out of the shorts and thus push the stock up very sharply and very quickly. The chart above certainly looks like a short squeeze, that's the typical pattern you see.
