I have to put one of my cats to sleep soon. She has terminal cancer. She is seventeen. She is not in any pain yet, and is still purring and wanting to play outside and has a healthy appetite. When we do have her put to sleep, a vet will come to the house, so she doesn't have to have a last stressful car ride or be in a strange environment that smells like fear.

Why do you ask?
