Whether you have a 'right' to guns is debatable. That's a rat hole I'd prefer not to go down, because it cannot be resolved definitively until the SC quits hiding.

I said 'meaningful regulation' because the half-ass stuff on the books is not working. A simple yearly registration of guns be of great benefit to law enforcement, just like the yearly registration of cars.

Nuclear arms are also very safe - they don't go off by themselves. Someone needs to pull the trigger. Yet, I would feel very uncomfortable if they were not regulated.

I have made no false statements. We simply disagree on our point of view.
