Maybe those Real Estate people are not so dumb after all. Buy it, flip it...Cash in.... Just don't get caught holding the bag... I could care less if the kajillion's I make come from the RE market, gold, silver or the jolly green giant. As long as I can keep it once I get it... Seems that keeping it might be a tough as making it.. I hope we all get the chance to try.... Mac
