If my housekeeper who speaks no English can own two homes with 100% financing and my gardener and his wife own nine homes with 100% financing, I'm not surprised your hairdresser can do the same. My gardener is actually on the ropes now. The appreciation on the homes is not keeping up with the monthly loss they take renting the homes out - since the rent in no way covers the mortgage and property tax. Every time I see him he looks as if he's about to have a heart attack. .
