Yes and this is the case in many companies that are poised with the next new technology, especially those in the digital media space. This is true of companies that are showing excellent yoy growth and profits. I own companies with 10 p/e's that will be leading the next wave of tech innovation. Its astounding. That's why the bearish case on market over valuation is hollow imo.
There is however a lot of money invested in lower stock prices, and thats where the hedgies come in. There is also a lot of shorting to accumulate supply on low volume. I believe we are in a wholesale market right now. The people who will be selling stocks to the masses in 2-3 years are buying them now.
