Canseco is 6'4. Still like 260. A big guy anyway. Likely still works out. BTW, if you do take 'roids you still need to work out to get the effect. I will also suggest to you a lot of Olympics medals going back into the 60's were steroidal. Into the 50's with bodybuilder/lifters which were the pioneers. Steroids were rampant in the late 70's and 80's in the NFL. Baseball was probably the johnny come lately. The techniques of cycling steroids and stacking them evolved along with it. Even direct injection into selected muscles i.e calf muscle.
