Oh I am very optimisitc about this man, he is my next door neighbor in a trailer park in the tampa area of florida. He is hopesprings eternal everytime I go outside to check my mail or take a walk, he is often outside washing his van or watering his flowers and is one of the most upbeat people I have found in this trailer park, but as most of the people in this park are old and in pain and bitter maybe that isn't such a hard accomplishment. He is a very hard worker, every morning at 5am he wakes me up cranking up his van to go to work - HAHA I truly look forward to my fishing trips with him, he is a really funny guy to talk too and do things with. I am certain if he KNEW enough about interest only loans he would be living in a nice fine house leveraged to the hilt instead of in this dumpy trailer park. His ignorance to them and banking and finance in general is all that is saving him right now, it didn't save him from going into hock for that new ford van, but hey you can't win them all. The weather looks bad today in our area and tornado watches are in effect, so maybe no fishing this weekend.
