I decided to sell twice in the Bay Area (Marin/Sonoma) during this run-up, once in 1999 and then in 2001. First moving to a half price place and finally renting before moving on to the Vegas area.

I was convinced that RE would crash but look at it now, 4 years later and RE still goes crazy. Well, I was awfully early in my call! <ng>
