re: I would assume you mean that congress and the president should butt out, but I'm tired of people saying the government should butt out and then supporting court intervention. Court interpretation, not intervention. It's amazing to me that people take one case, one person, a situation that happens 100 times a day in this country, and want to revise our system of justice. Hell, let's do away with the courts! Just let the legislative or executive branch make every decision. What do we have to lose? LOL. Those old checks and balances are redundant, right? John
