Hemorrelief rewarded bold Hemorrhoid sufferers with a chance to win a $10,000 cash prize award in the "World's Largest Hemorrhoid" competition that aired on the Howard Stern radio Show.The contestants were judged by the entire on-air Stern crew, by Stern wack pack regulars Gay Ramone and High Pitch Erik and by licensed Hemorrhoid expert Dr. Peter Andrews.Dr Andrews was on hand to dispense priceless medical advice about the cause, prevalence and prevention of hemorrhoids as well as the benefits of Hemorrelief.The Grand Prize winner was Richard from Ohio who beat over one hundred contestants at the open-call competition. Richard won hands down with a unanimous vote from the panel of judges.Of the scores or entrants, only six semifinalists were chosen including a pregnant woman. All the semifinalists departed with designer watches and Hemorrelief units as parting gifts.

On September 24 2004, Hemorrelief and the Howard Stern Radio Show will hold an on-air open-call competition for the owner of the 'World's Largest Hemorrhoid". Hemorrelief will reward a $10,000 prize to the winner of the contest. The competition is expected to receive participants from across the country. Hemorrelief seeks to educate as well as reward: The contest will also feature a digestive disorder specialist who will diagnose the hemorrhoids and dispense advice on their cause and prevention.In this rare occasion, "The World's Largest Hemorrhoid" competition will actually reward hemorrhoid sufferers for coming forward. The Hemorrelief brand has worked to increase awareness about the prevalence of hemorrhoids and break down the stigma associated with the common ailment.

Hemorrelief has joined forces with WABC Radio Networks. “America’s most-listened to Newstalk Radio Station”.WABC offers a wide breadth of information and insight in the political, international, legal and economic arenas and boasts an impressive on-air roster of such media superstars as Paul Harvey, Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, Mark Levin, Bob Brinker, Matt Drudge, and Ron Insana. WABC will also be the official home for the forthcoming 2004 Republican National Convention. Hemorrelief will enter WABC’s personality-driven talk radio format with prerecorded commercials as well as a series of live reads done by top station talent. The media efforts will offer staggering statistics and facts about the prevalence and treatment of hemorrhoids. HEMORRELIEF AWARDS $5,000 CASH PRIZE TO THE WINNER OF “RESTLESS RESTLESS” SONG CONTEST.
Hemorrelief and The Howard Stern Show rewarded a $5,000 prize to the winner of the “Restless Restless Song Contest”. The contest, in which listeners were asked to create their own renditions of a tune, received entries from across the country in every imaginable musical genre from metal to rap to country. When the original version of “Restless Restless” (composed and sung by Stern show regulars Tom Gesimondo and Vinnie Favale) was played on the air, it was so horrible that Howard Stern himself challenged his listeners to improve upon it by creating their own versions .Kevin, the First Prize winner, who in actuality was a member of a rock band, performed his beloved country version of the song live. Kevin’s submission was selected over thousands submissions.In second place was legendary crooner Robert Goulet, who joined the live show via satellite from North Carolina with a live performance of his song which has since become a Stern Show favorite and has exposed Goulet to a whole new audience and generation. The third finalist, Jeff, performed his adored Honky-Tonk rendition.The winners were selected American-Idol style by an esteemed panel of judges that included some of the nation’s top music industry executives. Stern show regular Crazy Cabbie presented the winner’s check along with 3 custom-made Hemorrelief trophies. All of the three finalists received Hemorrelief units as parting gifts.
