"All Congress and Pres. Bush asked was for the Federal Courts to take a FRESH LOOK with CURRENT INFORMATION on the case." Actually, they asked to forget about the past and start from scratch. As if there's been a shortage of litigating on this case. Come on, it's all religious right lobby muscle flexing. It's nothing but crap. It seems as like people have no idea how many times every day the plug is pulled on sick and injured people. Especially in Texas, where a Bush Jr. initiated law allows hospitals to pull the plug out on you if you can't pay.
