OT: real estate in Naples. That 23% for investment must be for existing condos. Preconstruction condos are about 70% investment in Naples and 90% in Fort Myers. The downtown Fort Myers area is whispered (by RE agents screaming in your ear) to be the next Third Street South (Naples). Some condos appreciated 40% last fall preconstruction and in many instances, these buildings are just going into permit. I recall a similar mania in Houston.
