It's just a crying shame that the offenders have so many rights and the victms have so little. I haven't heard of one case where a program has worked on a sex offender. How long has this been going on 30 years or more? You'd think they'd figure out it doesn't work and do something else. Chemical castration doesn't work either. I don't want my tax dollars being used for a worthless cause. And they are about as worthless a cause as there ever was.
