I disagree. You are in a good marriage, but it's faulty reasoning to generalize from yourself

You have a presumption in a divorce case, or domestic abuse case, that the spouses are "not of one accord" let's say. We should not presume that a husband does not represent the interests of his wife without better cause than "it sounds fishy". The bar should be far higher to intrude on a privileged relationship like marriage.
