Nope, sorry ..

The angle is established by the intersection of two lines.

First line from points 2 and 3, which will be the starting points for the upper and lower tine of the fork.

The exact center of that line is the point that the center tine crosses the last line you drew.

Draw a line from the center tine starting point, through the center of the line between points 2+3 and extend past.

The upper and lower tine have the same slope as the center tine does.

Not 90 degrees at all ..
