I would assume you mean that congress and the president should butt out, but I'm tired of people saying the government should butt out and then supporting court intervention. It's like people have forgotten that the courts are government. Judicial activism is also government interference and I think it is important to remember that. How's this.........Congress must not intercede in what is the purview of the courts. ted
