CEO/Pres; I was reading through ATDC press release today and had a few question I am hoping you can answer: 1) I guess you are not allowed to disclose who you signed the agreement with and for what duration the contract is for. I would like this information to determine how the royalties will affect quarterly earnings since they come with no overhead or expenses. If applied over two year you add alot if applied over 5 years not so much. 2) You indicate licensees for your technology... are these in the same neighborhood for potential royalites? 3) You now are expanding our capabilities to produce the new film, will you be producing the same material and competing against the licensees or is the agreements for a particular application which is not a potential market for ADTC? 4) Are you planning to place the new equipment with your existing three vapor deposition equipment?? or are you expanding?? On a side note. I have been looking for information on Sage Technology or at least a contact number, but have not been successful. Could you give me a lead.
