Well, I am going off the Computer now, probably wont get back on till tomorrow. Going to prepare that LAMB from the recipe I got here on the web years ago and it works GREAT. Involves, garlic, ciantro, pepper corn and salt. Will be doing it on a skewer in the SET IT AND FORGET IT oven. Used to do it on the grill but this is even easier and comes out just as good. However, as we sit down to have our Easter dinner with friends where we will be having Lamb, Ham, Shrimp Creole, Sweet Potatoes, Pansit (a filipina dish for good luck), wine and a chocolate cake that must weigh nearly 20 pounds (5 layers each iced), I will think of poor Terri and what is being done to her.
