there is an upbid rule which is similar - and as for never ticking up, sounds like that's in your dreams. Why don't you guys focus on eliminating the rules that most retail investors face with respect to OTC stocks and stocks under $5. It seems you focus only on the issue that concern hedgies and MM's and that is pretending that naked shorting doesn't exist.
