"I just listened to an interview of the American ambassador to China by a chinese news caster. The ambassador implied that there was a plan a foot by the Asian countries ( China, Japan, S. Korea ) to dump dollars.

Yeah right.
Like an American Ambassador to China would have a clue and if he did would be talking about it.
