Hello condor, Did you see the post I made to you on my thread? <g> The stated income loans I do require a verification of employment. The NINA loans he was mentioning do not. Those are no verification of income or assets. The market also has NINANE, which is no verifciation of employment, income or assets they are not even listed on the application. Just based upon credit scoring. Tom
