Hi Tim,

I agree totally. I sold some oil stocks last week.

I am trying to play AMAT for a bounce since it appears
to be stuck in a range and it reversed at the bottom. I may not have hit my limit order on Thursday. I am playing the holiday bounce effect. I am one day short though.

What is Zeev's road map these days?

RMBS settle with Infineon, but it was for a lot less than
I and other people would have expected. Given the
Infineon is bleeded a lot of money right now, it could
still be a good thing depending on whether there is
an esculator term if prices go up. MU I expect to fight
to the end given their money reserves, but I wonder
if this gets other companies on board.

It is still hard to read what this settlement means.
I expected the judge to rule against RMBS again as he was
the same judge that rule against them in the original
case. All I can figure is the Infineon did not like
their chances in a re-trial as the Supreme Court
through out many of the finding in the original verdict.

The definition of a bus would have caused a lot of problems for other patent if the judge's interpretation was allowed to stand. It goes against every engineer's definition.

Given the settlement though, I am surprised the RMBS guided down. I would have expect a one time up tick in revenues. It must be a delayed payment from Infineon.

Any feel for the fundamentals of CREE? I see more and more LED applications becoming main stream.

Have a good weekend.
