Yeah, the US plan is to surround China with WAL-MARTs, so China can keep selling stuff to buy our Treasury bonds, which keep interest rates down so we can build WAL-MARTs.... Since most of what WAL-MART sells comes from China, maybe they should be called Great Wall Marts...
