Of course it's not. The military released a report of ACCUSATIONS of possible deaths of prisoners due to actions by guards. Nobody has been convicted of it. Friedman took these facts and exaggerated it up to:

He had no basis for saying this other than his desire to attack our military.

Now you exaggerate it to "They were tortured to death."

You should be more careful in your statements, IMO.
