Point being, the marketing wouldn't work if people weren't lazy, want their cake and eat it too. "I can eat all the sugar I want as long as its low or no fat." Whoops--not. "I can't give up my Orange juice!" Etc. So if you can give them the easy way out--"I can eat this and it tastes just as good with half the salt, half the sugar"--of course that's big news, good marketing ploy etc, but not without a willing public.
