Hi Yiwu - Glad to hear the CIA has gotten so much better after 9/11...;-) As for "surrounding" China, you might note a strong US interest in unstable Muslim countries, most of which are far to the west of China, but little activity in, say Burma or VietNam, which are much more strategic to China. I think there might be a multi-nation effort to surround, contain and stabalize Islamic expansion, and China might quietly participate. I'm sure we are both happy at how effectively our tax dollars are being spent, thanks to the wonderful effectiveness of all parts of the US government....
