Only LEN...and against my better judgement..

Low dollar = rising commodity prices = higher material costs for home building.

Only with much higher interest rates and or wages not keeping pace with inflation is the housing bubble to burst.

But....I'm not seeing wages keeping pace with 300% housing appreciation.
