Doing a little DD....Yep, looks like it was/is a shell...but not a very typical one...it at least looks as if it has a business model and is doing something<g>.....seriously though, I haven't looked much, but at least they seem to have a legit business that isnt run by 3 guys out of their kitchen....also, have you looked at insider activity.....No wonder insiders have been selling non stop for all of 2005..look how many shares they have...sheez..... Heck, I dont know...only looked minimaly at them....doesnt look like your typical penny stock shell, run by 3 people out of their kitchen, selling nothing, doing nothing..except putting out fluffy releases about all the great things they have in the works.....But certainly looks a tad suspicous in certain areas.......I doubt I will waste much time doing much dd on this one....but good luck to the longs....A $20 penny stock...kinda funny...could be a $30 or $40 penny stock before long, the way it is moving...kinda makes one wonder why they dont get on the bigboard since at first glance they could meet requirements for listing...but then again, I have only looked at a few minimal things so maybe they dont meet requirements...
