HISC - told by company IR that seller is the reverse merger left over. Happened also when I first bought much lower.

Of course, you never know with pinkie "MM's".

Have you read the 2-11 filing? According to that, significant revenues and net income, with contracts for port security just beginning.

Heck of a lot more substance on this one than the typical pinkie that hits the message boards.
