But the company is new...Wasatch Web Advisors bought the outstanding shares of the old shell and then slipped in Raser as the new company..

They are working on a AMEX listing so this could very well stay propped up, but its not something I'd jump into just from reading the companies web site...Until I see what there new fangled technology is I'm not buying...thats as foolish as buying taser on the companies word that its safe.
