To answer your question in one word: tighter

fwiw, my sources in the entire metro region - Suffolk, Nassau, five Boroughs, Westchester, Northern NJ - I have anecdotal reports that these areas are still white-hot and that there is no drop off - yet - indeed, some areas continue to rise. It seems to me that this spring may finallly be the top that some of us have been calling for x many years already, imo, mainly due to the presence of real inflation and interest rates will only continue to go up from here.
