I agree with you. It's another very good reason why it's taking so long. Unfortunately, we can't afford to lead this horse to the water and then walk away. We have to commit to the long term and teach this horse how to drink and then how to enjoy water. If we fail, the impact of the long term consequences will be much worse than the $100B or so this thing is going to cost us over the next two years.
