It is the dining room I never use. In the house I saw today, I would turn the dining/living area into my computer room and tv area. Leave the family room for another tv area. Put in a small table in the kitchen, plus the expandable table now in my family room would go into one of these rooms.

I will be selfish from now on. <g>
