China energy consumption grew over 20% last year. Why do you think the Dollar being lower is a bad thing short term. Trade deficit will begin to shrink. Look at at the EU. High currency is killing the economy. (high taxes as well ) The Saudis were pretty chummy with the Clintons as well. There is many variables as to why oil is where its at.
