There was a program on the CBC about French officials who got kick-backs in the UN oil for food program which was supposed to be filtered back to Iraq to buy food for the poor but instead made it into Swiss bank accounts. The chief French culprits were promoted to the French Senate which makes them immune to prosecution or investigation. cbc.ca cnn.com acepilots.com
