The problem is that you hedge fund and MM defenders want ONLY to focus on crappy companies run by promoters, many of which do admittedly deserve to be wiped out.

There are plenty of other companies that are formative in tech, biotech and other areas, that would have "going concern" opinions. Their only option is raising equity capital and that is the primary purpose of equity markets.

If these companies are unable to use equity markets, they are at the mercy of vulture capitalists or other guys in dark shirts and white ties.

You guys may want to join forces with them if this movement to expose naked shorting gains further steam.
