I agree Steve. I also understand that there are differing opinions. What I can't understand is why there seems to be so much vehemence in opposing full discovery of what is, in fact, going on. Congressional hearings should be open and comprehensive. This is clearly an important issues for our equity markets. Certainly, this issue impacts our economy more than the Terry Shiavo case or Major League Baseball's use of steroids. It would seem to me that the "crusaders" should be supporting the calls for full, comprehensive and fair investigations of naked shorting, hedge funds and MM's in the equity markets. It's time to bring our markets into the 21st century and not allow them to be fiefdoms of moneyed interests.
