Company web page: centerstaging.com Also, CMPI does not seem to be a stock symbol for the takeover company. In fact CenterStaging Musical Productions does not seem to have a symbol. In addition while the article says that OCGT is taking over "CMPI", it looks like the reverse is happening, since voting power will be in the hands of "CMPI" Perhaps CMPI is acquiring OCGT in order to get public stock listing? A "stock shell" purchase? What happens to those that own a few shares of OCGT? (why should I ask?) (Home Depot should be the place to get these things...)
