OK, reading between the lines you agree that, if what the judge found is actually what Terri wanted, he's allowing her to commit suicide by proxy.

I don't want to get into whether or not that's a good thing or a bad thing, just clarify that issue.

What's going on, best case for those who agree with the process and the results, isn't really euthanasia, and it's not really killing the disabled, it's allowing people to commit suicide by proxy when they are no longer able to do it themselves.
