Why should there be a burden of proof? If we make the markets fair for all, why should crusaders object?

As the cry is just too persistent, it adds to the suspicion that there is something hidden.

Certainly, there is more public awareness in 2005. As I've suggested, the political process is the way for this to go. The SEC seems too bogged down in its own world and the courts are not equipped to handle this type of issue.

The issue is not going away.
