BTW, one of the things that doctor mentioned was that an MRI, as you said, shows no more than the CAT scan

But the other Dr. disputed that, saying the CAT scan doesnt show electrical activity (meaning brain activity) and that he has seen patients lose a great deal of their brain and still be taught to be functional. I mention this as it is not as cut and dried as you are saying based upon the public information. Perhaps if the judges had allowed more thorough examination, you would have been proven correct and we all could rest more easily. jdn
