I'm sure they do have cells here but imo it is nothing to be terrified of. The odds of it effecting you personally are pretty slim. Aggressive and careless drivers are a much more sensible thing to be terrified of, imo, thousands of people a year killed by them and the deaths are entirely avoidable. Why are there accidents at all on the highways? All you have to do is drive straight, don't hit the car in front of you and be careful changing lanes.
