Right,. Jesus would reject the rightwing of today.
They fight for the opposite of Christ's teachings.

Proof: The first thing Bush cut from the budget was help for the poor. Jesus had one message above all others, that the rich should give their money to the poor. To the rightwing, this makes him a communist traitor. But they still use his name in vain to defend such things as wars, pollution, guns on every streetcorner and smearing American war heros with lies. Interesting group of hypocrites. History will show they were an evil bunch that needed to be driven out of the American 'temple" by honest Americans of all stripes. Starting with Tom Delay but continuing on down the line until you get to Bush himself. A new congress next year could accomplish this.
