Congress must not intercede in what is the purview of the courts. I'm not talking about the Schiavo case as much as I am talking about general principles. I think the courts are prone to consider almost anything to be under their purview. Specifically in the Schiavo case, I don't see how it is an area where the Congress constitutionally has power, and I have not called for congressional intervention in this area. Tim
