9-11 was enough. Bush deserved impeachment for allowing that. Remember he was warned on 8-6 "imminent threat involving hijacking inside the US by Al Qaida". He and Rice did nothing. Bush was on vacation. He couldn't be bothered. The USS Cole was a very difficult case to break. The culprits disappeared into the Horn of Africa, the most lawless place in the world. But yeah, Clinton should have done more. But Bush should have done something, anything, even one phonecall to the FBI. But he did nothing. ALmost as if he wanted 9-11 to happen. It sure helped him, after all. Osama is Bush's most powerful ally. He got him re-elected.
