Sometimes you have to take "fate" into your own hands...She had made a post about 4 years ago looking for her great aunt and mom......I saw it about 2 months ago. I wrote her at her email addy. It came back, she had changed it. Luckily, she had left her mailing address. So I went to the whitepages online, and asked for that address...it came back with her phone number ....So I just called.
She was still at that address, and had, in fact, changed the email, as most of us had over the last 4 years....
SO, that was about 3 weeks ago. She flew up here last night...we met today....It was REALLY fun! We aren't really related, but because the 5 families on that line knew each other well, kids married other friends kids, etc....Maybe she can help me with a couple blanks in my line....
The only thing that was wrong is that she is a dyed-in-the-wool Democrat.... :o[ . But then again, she lives somewhere close to SFO in CA...what more can I say..<gg> |
