Oil expertise needed. Build seemed high and trying to reason it out. Two things I would like to know (1) is there any metric on how much of build is sour crude? - Have seen that mentioned several times but no data. (2) how much was closed out of BP refinery after explosion? Not grasping at straws here --just trying to understand the high build --Frank
