Do you think we will see foreclosures right at the rollover? I'm not so sure, as folks can still get more loans to make payments, or worse case sell and get out. I also think some of the rate increases on Helocs and Arms need to ripen a bit. At some point though we may get an avalanche from the zero down subprime crowd.
